Anyway, I just used fraps and although you are right about the averages of 35-40fps on low, it still seems really choppy (despite what fraps is saying). I had a similar problem with the first bioshock game. It said it was running at 60fps, however at many points, it would lag terribly. #4.
General problem I found with this game, was that it didn't have enough challenge. It's best modern fps in probably decade. Truly fun and doesn't take itself seriously but the difficulty is a joke. Blood Dragon on hard is like classic Doom on "I'm too young to die" aka easy difficulty. However, damn I would still really dig for a Blood Dragon
