Relay is new. the glow plug relay is situated on chassis rail next to the airbox resonatormunder the front of vehicle remove the front undertray (between bumper and crossmember) you will find it clipped to the rail,I have just been right through my TDCI 2,0 took out all the glow plugs (that's a mission) they were fine but the 60 amp fuse had blown the other worrying thing was the fuse poles staying live . 230 23 345 201 432 263 60 424
